A. kluggi (Montenegro)

Clown isopods are a beautiful Armadillidium, who need it a little drier with a humid spot to regulate themselves. These isopods are slow to establish, but once they are comfortable their populations explode!

Like all isopods they need plenty of old wood and leaf litter to eat, as well as crushed eggshell or cuttlebone for added calcium. Dried shrimp or fish food are good protein sources and they will appreciate some supplemental fruit or vegetable scraps!

Each container has 12+ individuals captive bred in Manitoba
